Shipping and Delivery Policy

We process and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CET (except on Swiss public holidays). Blended Brands is entitled to make partial deliveries (with no additional costs to you if the purchased items belong to a same order). 

• Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein:

The dispatch takes place with the Swiss Post. The goods must be checked for correctness, completeness and intactness immediately upon arrival. Information on delivery times is not binding. Transport damage must be reported and documented immediately, at the latest after five calendar days from the delivery of the goods. 

The delivery time within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is 1-2 working days * (except customized/personalized products, which dispatch may take longer).  Shipping costs are CHF 10 and is billed to the customer at the time of the purchase. Orders returned will not have their shipping refunded.

• International Shipping

We ship to the following countries: Austria, France, Germany, Italy and Portugal.
Price will be generated at checkout. Buyer is responsible for all customs and duties. Buyer is responsible for tracking delivery, and corresponding with courier when the package arrives in their country if any attempts of delivery are made to the buyer. The dispatch is via registered mail. 

The delivery time for international shipping is 2-6 working days * (except customized/personalized products, which dispatch may take longer). Shipping costs are CHF 16 and is billed to the customer at the time of the purchase. Orders returned to Switzerland will not have their shipping refunded.
