Return and Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will give you full support and will be happy to help. Please note that you can return all items purchased from the Website within 14 days. Your returned item must arrive at our premisse no later than 14 days after the issue date in your invoice/ receipt. If returning from outside Switzerland, we recommend that you send your return item within 8 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the premisse within 14 days (from the receipt date).
We would like to point out that custom-made/ personalised items cannot be returned.

We will only accept returns that meet all of the following conditions:
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and in perfect condition.
- Labels must not be removed.
- The return takes place in one shipment. So if you want to return several items, they have to be sent back to Blended Brands in a single shipment.
Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
SWIMWEAR
In the interest of hygiene, swimsuits and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are marked and will be sent back to the customer. All original tags, and any hygiene seals must be intact and remain attached to the garment to guarantee a full refund. Keep in mind that the swim bags is part of the product, and must also be sent back for return in perfect condition.
SHOES
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are 100% sure you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with scratched soles will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Keep in mind that the shoe box is part of the product, and must also be sent back for return in perfect condition.
FAULTY GOODS
Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you return.
Reimbursement of the purchase price:
The return should be requested through our website. After we receive the product we will check if the return is in line with our return policy. If so, we will approve the refund request and the amount will be paid out to the same payment method used to purchase.
The reimbursement will be made to the account from which the payment was made. Please make sure that you have access to the specified bank account, as Blended Brands assumes no liability for this. Credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card used. If you have paid via PayPal, the refund will be made to your PayPal account. A new Gift Card will be issued for all returns that you have bought with a Gift Card.
The exact time for the reimbursement depends on the respective payment method. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be reimbursed. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
If you have used a Promotion Code on your order and are returning only one of the items from your order, the value of the Promotion Code will be adjusted accordingly, and only the amount relevant to the returned item will be refunded. The Promotion Code loses its validity proportionate to the worth of the returned item. If you are returning your complete order, the amount paid will be refunded in full, but the Promotion Code can no longer be applied to future purchases. Please note that a Promotion Code from a sales campaign cannot be replaced or refunded.
How to return
As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, our return instructions are paper free. This benefits our customers, our people and our planet.
Booking your return is free and easy. Here’s what you need to do:
- Log in to “My Account” located in our homepage at the upper right corner
- Go to the option “Orders” on the list on the left bar
- Find the order you want to return and click Refund
- Select each item and your reason for returning
- Click on the bottom “Submit Return and Refund”
- Place each item you’re returning with all the original packaging inside an appropriate box (you may use the same box)
- Prepare your package by attaching a return label to the outside of your box with the following address:
