How can we help you
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, all you need is an email address. You can place an order as a guest and track your order here or click on Track your order on the left side on the bottom of the page.
We recommend that you register for an account to have easy access to your purchases and to make your next purchase a lot faster. Not to forget that with an account you can start adding pieces to your Wishlist!
Do I need an account to return a purchased item?
No, you can purchase in our website as guest and sign up at a time that suits you. All you need is the email address you used on the purchase and the order number. You can also track your orders as a guest user.
I have forgotten my password: what should I do?
Simply follow the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign in to your account page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.
How do I place an order on your site?
It’s super easy!
- You can start by choosing a brand or a category from the top navigation menu. If you like to see all option at once, you can click on Shop on the menu. Last but not least, you can explore a specific item or color though the search option.
- Select your desired piece, choose your size and click “Add to cart”. Once you’ve added all items, it’s time “View cart“. Check all info and click on “Proceed to Checkout”
- Sign in to your account or, if you’ve not yet created one, proceed via guest checkout.
- If you already have an account, click in “Place Order” and you are done! If you choose to checkout as a guest: Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to complete your order.
- Now just wait that in few days we will have your order. We’ll confirm the order, you will receive an email with the order confirmation, a payment confirmation and an email with order completed. We will be carefully prepare your order and ship to you.
Can I reserve an item to buy later?
In order to offer a fair opportunity to all to shop our most wanted pieces and as items are often limited, we don’t offer reservations.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully packaged in a cardboard box — with branded dust bags if provided by the brand.
How do I return an item?
Booking your return is free and easy. Here’s what you need to do:
- Log in to “My Account” located in our homepage at the upper right corner
- Go to the option “Orders” on the list on the left bar
- Find the order you want to return and click Refund
- Select each item and your reason for returning
- Click on the bottom “Submit Return and Refund”
- Place each item you’re returning with all the original packaging inside an appropriate box
- Prepare your package by attaching your Return Label to the outside of your box
- Bring the box to a post office

Can I return my customised item?
We are unable to accept returns as customised pieces are created specially to you.

How will my order be packaged?
The original delivery cost won’t be included in your refund. If you have shipped to us a return item, shipping costs are on your behalf. On extraordinary situations, please contact us by submitting a form here.
